Junior & high school volleyball

The whole weekend. One screen.

Registration, seeding, pools and brackets, officials, score sheets, live schedules, spectator tickets, team hotels and event merchandise — one system, so nothing on a tournament weekend gets typed twice.

  • 50¢ a ticket — the only charge
  • Tournaments free with tickets
  • Paid into your own Stripe or Square
The public schedule: a pool of four with its standings ranked automatically and the pool's match schedule and results.
The real screens

01The difference

Same weekend. Less chaos.

Most directors stitch together a registration form, a spreadsheet, a group chat and a stack of printed score sheets. It works — until ten o’clock on Saturday morning.

Spreadsheets, group chats, a cash box

  • Registrations tracked in spreadsheets and email threads
  • Pools and brackets built by hand, the night before the event
  • Officials crewed through a group chat, and turnbacks found out at the venue
  • Paper score sheets carried court to court and results radioed to the desk
  • Parents texting “what court are we on?” all day
  • Cash at a folding table, counted in the car afterwards
  • Hotel blocks chased by email, and the attrition bill found out after
  • Event shirts sold from a box, sizes guessed weeks ahead

One system, nothing typed twice

  • One event page takes registration and payment on your own Stripe or Square
  • Pools seeded and the court grid built around your wave times, in minutes
  • The whole weekend offered to officials in one sitting and answered from a phone
  • Score sheets printed with a QR code that takes the score at the table
  • A live public schedule everybody checks for themselves
  • QR tickets sold beside the schedule and scanned at the door
  • One booking page for the team hotels, pickup counted night by night
  • An event shop: shirts pre-ordered by size and picked up at the venue

02The platform

Six parts. One weekend.

Each one does a whole job rather than half of several. Five of them run on their own; together, nothing is entered twice — and one sign-in opens them all.

03On screen

One score. Entered once.

A scorekeeper scans the QR on the sheet and enters the sets. The same score is the pool’s standings on the director’s screen, the page parents are reading, and the bracket it seeds. Every picture here is the real software.

The director’s screen

Standings that rebuild themselves.

Match, set and point percentages recalculate as each score arrives. Type the final rank, and the crossovers and Day 2 brackets fill in with real teams.

About tournaments
A pool of four on the director's screen: standings with match, set and point percentages, and six matches with court, time, work team and set scores.

The parents’ page

“What court are we on?” — answered.

Pools, standings, brackets and each team’s own schedule are public pages. Nobody needs an account to read them, and they change the moment a score is entered at the table.

See a live event
The public schedule: one team's whole weekend, every match with its court, time, opponent and score, its work duties, and where crossover and bracket play begin.

The gate

And the takings, live.

Spectator passes sold beside the schedule, scanned at the door, and counted as they happen — sales by pass type and scans in the past hour, while the gates are still open.

About spectator tickets
Radar View on the last day of a live event: sales day by day for each pass type, and scans at the gate.

04The weekend

Eleven steps. No re-typing.

It holds together because nothing is entered twice. A score typed on a phone at court five is the same score in the standings, the bracket and the team’s own page.

Before

The weeks ahead
  1. Registration opens

Clubs register their own teams against your event page and pay by card. Your Stripe or Square account, your money.

  2. Divisions and pools

Set the divisions, drop teams into pools of three, four or five, seed them, and the court grid builds itself around your wave times.

  3. Officials get crewed

Offer the whole weekend in one sitting. Officials accept from a phone; turnbacks come back with a reason and a notice window.

  4. Rooms and gear

Teams book the hotel block from one link, and families pre-order the event hoodie in their size for pickup at the venue.

Saturday

At the courts
  1. Score sheets print

Club (USAV) or high school, already filled in with court, time, pool and both team names — and a QR code on every sheet.

  2. The QR takes the score

Scan at the table, tap the winner, enter the sets, submit. No radio call to the desk, no runner with a clipboard.

  3. Everything updates

Standings, seeding, brackets and every team’s public page move together, while the parents in row three watch it happen.

  4. The merch table

Pre-orders handed over, walk-up sales rung up, all off the same stock the online shop is selling.

The gate & after

All weekend
  1. Spectator ticket sales

Whole-event and single-day passes sold on the event’s own page, beside the schedule people are already reading.

  2. On-site help desk

Which court, what time, where is my team — answered from one screen instead of a queue at the desk.

  3. Event reports

What was billed and collected, who officiated what and what they are owed, and every result — ready before you leave the building.

05Pricing

The ticketing pays for the platform.

Not per team, not per roster spot, and never anything from the officials. Tickets make the tournament side free; the tournament side makes assigning free.

06Questions

The ones we are actually asked.

Anything not here is a good question for the demo.

What does iPLEXsports cost?

Spectator tickets are 50¢ each, and that is the only thing an organiser is charged for. Run tickets through the event and the tournament side is free; run your tournaments here and assigning is free too. An official’s account is always free, across every assignor they work for. Assigning on its own, with a schedule you bring from somewhere else, is 50¢ a match. The Online Store is free too, for a company that sells its event tickets here.

Do officials and coaches have to install an app?

No. Offers reach officials by email or text, and everything else runs in a phone browser. Spectators and parents read the schedule without an account at all.

Can parents see the schedule without signing in?

Yes. Pools, standings, brackets and each team’s own schedule are public pages. Nobody needs an account to read them, and they update the moment a score is entered at the table.

What score sheets do you print?

Club (USAV) and high school layouts, filled in with the court, time, division, pool and both team names. Each sheet carries a QR code that opens score entry for that exact match, which is what keeps the paper and the standings agreeing.

How big an event can it run?

From a three-team pool at the local rec center to a 128-team, two-day weekend, on the same platform. Pools of three, four or five, brackets of four to eight, and age groups from U10 to U18 in the same event, with crossovers and Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper and Flight brackets part of the format.

Do we keep our own payment account?

Yes. Registration, ticket, hotel and store payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, so the money lands in your bank rather than ours and you keep your own processing rate.

Can we house teams and sell merchandise here too?

Yes. Hotels keeps your hotel contracts and room blocks and gives teams one booking page, with pickup counted against attrition night by night. The Online Store sells club gear and event merchandise in every size and colour, online, in a shop for each tournament with pickup at the venue, and at a point of sale at the event that sells passes and merchandise at the door, with cards tapped on your own reader — all from one stock. Both use the same sign-in as the rest of the platform.

We already have a registration provider. Can we still use this?

Yes. The tournament side does not require you to move registration. Teams can be imported in bulk, and everything downstream of that (pools, courts, brackets, sheets, schedules) works the same way.
