The platform
One platform, one sign-in
For referees, umpires, line judges & scorers
Your games. Your schedule. Your pay.
Every offer from every assignor you work for, on the phone in your pocket. Accept in a tap, see where to be and what it pays, block the days you can’t work, and pick up open games yourself — free, for as long as you officiate.
- Free for officials, always
- Runs in your phone’s browser
- Every assignor, one account
01What you get
Built for the official at the court.
Every picture on this page is the real screen, drawn by the software itself with sample games in it. The demo walks through each one live.
My Dashboard
What’s waiting on you comes first.
Sign in and anything an assignor has offered you and you haven’t answered sits at the top, with Accept and Decline beside it. Below it: your games ahead, your rating, your reliability, what you’re owed and what you’ve been paid this year.
- Open games — a bar tells you how many you’re qualified and free to take
- Your next two weeks — by day, with the venue, directions and the assignor’s notes
- Worth sorting out — an expiring certification, missing home coordinates, no availability set
My Schedule
Every game, every sport, every league. One list.
Working a league on Thursday for one assignor and a tournament weekend for another? It’s all here, grouped by day, with the court, the town, a directions link, your position, the fee and a status badge on every game.
- Three tabs — Upcoming, Needs a reply, and Worked
- A sport badge on every game — baseball at 9 and volleyball at 1 on the same page
- Game Detail — the whole crew by position, and the assignor’s notes
Game Day View
The page for the parking lot.
A separate page built for a phone, for the minutes before a game: big text, big buttons, and it loads without waiting for the full site. When you sign in you choose it or the desktop, and you can switch at any time.
- Today and Upcoming — start time, fee, position, teams, court and notes
- Directions opens your maps app; Accept, Decline and Turn Back are one tap
- Onboarding — offers still to answer and tournament applications still pending
- Post Expense — photograph the receipt while it’s still in your hand
My Availability
Say when you can’t. It’s enforced.
Add a block and no assignor it applies to can offer you a game that clashes with it. It’s one list for every assignor and every sport, so you don’t keep three calendars in step.
- Unavailable, Available only during set hours, or a venue you won’t work
- Repeats every week — never on a Wednesday evening, for example
- All my assignors or only the ones I tick — free for one, blocked for another
- Already booked inside a new block? You’re shown the games before you save
Claim Open Matches
Want more work? Take it.
When an assignor opens games for claiming, the ones you can actually work are listed here, and the first qualified official to press Claim gets the game. It goes straight onto your schedule, already accepted.
- Only games you’re cleared for, in tournaments you’ve been accepted into
- Games that clash with you are hidden, with a count of how many
- The distance from home on every venue, and a note on a tight turnaround
My Pay
Know what you’re owed, to the cent.
A payment appears when your assignor marks a game you worked as complete. Each one shows the base fee plus mileage and any bonus, minus any deduction, and whether it’s pending, approved or paid — and in which pay run.
- Paid, Approved, awaiting payment and Pending approval totals at the top
- Every league and sport together, newest first
- Payment details, your W-9 and your 1099s in the same place
02My Expenses
Tax time, already done.
Your officiating is a business, and a shoebox of receipts is how deductions get lost. My Expenses keeps your costs and mileage the way the IRS asks, as you go, and it’s yours alone — no assignor ever sees it.
- Schedule C estimate by line — dues, clinics, uniforms, travel, meals at 50%
- Mileage at the IRS rate for the date driven, logged straight from the games you worked
- Receipts photographed from your phone and kept with the record they prove
- Audit readiness — every record checked for what an auditor would ask, with a Fix button
- The binder — the whole year as one printable document, or a .zip for your preparer
A record and the IRS arithmetic, not tax advice.
See it in a demo03Fair both ways
No offer you can’t work. No surprise penalty.
The same rules run for every official, and you can see all of them.
Checked before it reaches you
Every time a game is offered to you, you accept one or you look at open games, you’re checked against it. A blocking problem stops the assignment; a warning is shown but doesn’t.

Turning a game back, honestly
Life happens. Before you give a game back you’re shown how much notice you’re giving and what it costs. Your assignor is alerted straight away and the slot reopens — far better for everybody than a no-show.
| Notice before the game | Penalty points |
|---|---|
| Declined before accepting | 0 |
| More than 14 days | 1 |
| 7 to 14 days | 2 |
| 3 to 7 days | 4 |
| 1 to 3 days | 7 |
| Less than 24 hours | 12 |
Reliability is 100 less your points from the last twelve months, per assignor and per sport. An assignor can excuse a turnback, which takes its points off. A tournament is one commitment: withdrawing counts once, not once per match.
04Getting work
From sign-up to Saturday.
Two gates stand between you and a tournament match: an assignor’s roster, then their tournament. Both are a button and a short note.
Set up
Choose your sports, fill in your profile for each — levels worked, certification, positions — and add your home location so travel distances are right.
Find an Assignor
Every assignor who assigns your sport is listed. Press Apply; they see your certification, experience and location. Some accept everyone automatically.
Search Events
Once you’re on a roster, apply to that assignor’s tournaments. When the card says you’re in, you can be crewed on its matches and claim its open games.
Work the game
Answer offers, claim open games, check Game Day on the way in. Your pay adds up as each game is marked complete.
Does it cost me anything?
No, never. There is no fee to an official for an account, for accepting games, for being on a roster, or for working for several assignors. Where there is a cost, it sits with the assignor.
Do I have to install an app?
No. Everything runs in the browser on your phone. Game Day View is a page built for a phone: today’s games, big buttons, and directions one tap away.
How do I get onto an assignor’s roster?
Open Find an Assignor, press Apply beside the assignor and send a short note. Once you’re on their roster, apply to their tournaments under Search Events. Many officials are simply invited by their assignor instead.
Can I work for more than one assignor?
Yes. One account holds every assignor you work for. Your schedule and availability cover all of them and every sport, so a clash is caught before anyone can book you into it.
What if I can’t make a game I accepted?
Turn it back with a reason. You’re shown the notice you’re giving and the penalty points before you commit, your assignor is alerted at once and the slot reopens. Declining an offer you never accepted costs nothing.
How do I know what I’m owed?
My Pay lists every payment with its base fee, mileage, bonus and deductions, and where it has got to: pending, approved or paid, with the pay run it belongs to.
Does it help with taxes?
My Expenses keeps your officiating costs and mileage the way the IRS asks, estimates your Schedule C by line, checks every record for what an audit would ask for, and prints the whole year as one binder. It’s a record and the arithmetic, not tax advice.
My assignor isn’t on iPLEXsports. What can I do?
Book a 20-minute demo and bring them, or send them the assignors’ page. Assigning is free for an assignor whose schedule comes from iPLEXsports and 50¢ a match otherwise, and it’s never anything to you.

Twenty minutes. Bring your assignor.
Your side of it
An offer arrives, you accept it from a phone, and it lands on your schedule and Game Day.
Their side of it
How your assignor builds crews, posts open games, handles a turnback and runs payroll — the part that decides whether your league switches.
Your questions
Your sport, your leagues, your tax records. Free for officials, and 50¢ a match or nothing for the assignor.
